Our warranty covers genuine internal mechanical faults arising during normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic wear, external components, water or moisture damage, routine maintenance, or faults caused by unauthorised third-party work.

Where a watch is purchased at a negotiated or discounted price, the Luma Clara 12-Month Mechanical Movement Warranty is not included unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of purchase.

This warranty is an additional benefit provided by Luma Clara Timepieces and is separate from your statutory consumer rights. Your statutory rights are not affected by whether or not the Luma Clara warranty applies to your purchase.
