Where appropriate, watches may be opened and examined by a qualified technician to confirm authenticity, verify movement details, and ensure all components are consistent with the manufacturer’s specifications.

• The watch must match the original model and serial number sold
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Written confirmation must be obtained from three independent, recognised industry sources verifying the claim
Once these conditions are met, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
