All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured journey. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Each timepiece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed from the moment it reaches you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want every piece you receive to feel exactly as expected.
Each watch is carefully inspected, tested, and described in detail before it leaves us. However, for complete peace of mind, we offer a 48-hour inspection period from the time your order is delivered.
If you decide the watch isn’t quite right, simply notify us within this window to arrange a return.
