All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery for a fast, safe, and insured journey. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive your tracking details so you can follow it from our hands to yours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Luma Clara Timepieces, we want you to love your watch from the moment it arrives. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, simply get in touch via our Contact Page or email us at info@lumaclara.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with any packaging, accessories, or certificates, to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
