All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured journey. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Each timepiece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed from the moment it reaches you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Luma Clara Timepieces, we want you to love your watch from the moment it arrives. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase.
To start a return, simply get in touch via our Contact Page or email us at info@lumaclara.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with any packaging, accessories, or certificates, to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
