Every watch tells a story. This one is about proper old-school Aquaracer toughness.
A superb example of one of TAG Heuer’s most substantial Aquaracer chronographs, combining a 43mm stainless steel case, black dial and distinctive engraved steel diving bezel with a highly capable Swiss quartz chronograph movement.
The black sunray dial features three chronograph registers, applied luminous hour markers and the model’s distinctive oversized date display at 12 o’clock. It’s a wonderfully purposeful design and unmistakably from the era when the Aquaracer was built to look and feel like a serious piece of diving equipment.
Powered by a precise Swiss quartz movement, the CAY1110 offers chronograph functionality including 1/10th second timing alongside its large date display. Sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown and an impressive 300 metres of water resistance complete the package.
This particular example dates from 2017 and is presented as a complete full set, making it an increasingly desirable example of this now-discontinued Aquaracer generation.
